The room felt smaller than i expected. It was a standard double room. the bed was quite hard. It really affected my sleep. also, the breakfast options seemed limited, though i did not eat there. I walked to a nearby cafe instead.

The security personnel, Manish, ensured a safe atmosphere and aided with local transport. Aymen at reception facilitated quick check-in and check-out procedures. I found the team supportive, and the location is near the metro station. The hotel offers convenient access to local attractions.

The room had no operable window. the bathroom ventilation system was not functional. This caused a strong, humid smell. The shower space was limited. Water spread easily.

i found an iron and ironing board in my room. the rooms were clean, which i appreciated. aymen and gamal at the reception were very helpful (i liked their friendly approach). i received complimentary coffee upon request, so that was nice.

the washroom was slightly small.

The location was really convenient. It provided direct access to the halls, useful. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff was very helpful.

The shower was not good. The main showerhead barely misted. There was NO shower door so water got everywhere. The rooms are also SMALL.

Excellent Stay Near the Metro

metro proximity daily cleaning complimentary drinks helpful staff

The metro station's proximity made getting around very easy. Staff ensured my room was clean and the bedsheets were changed every day, an excellent service. I received complimentary bottled water and coffee, a nice touch. The reception staff, especially Jamal, were friendly and helpful (he even arranged a late checkout).

The shower design allowed water to easily escape, making the bathroom floor wet.
